Any rate changes apply to new contracts (contracts
started after change) only for 3 months following
change. After that 3 months, the new rate applies
to all.
Rate
is negotiable. For charitable, non-profit
organizations, I may be willing to cut hourly rate
as much as 50% (not guaranteed, subject
to change). Please contact me to discuss this.

Initial site design and page creations may take around
5 hours. After this, small updates like announcements
or minor page changes usually only take 5-10 minutes.
New page creations with a lot of content and formatting
could take 20-60 minutes. Simple graphics or multiple
picture thumbnail creations could take about 20-30
minutes. Simple CGI forms may only take 20 minutes
to set up, but more complex ones will take longer.
Flash animation / navigation takes a long time, usually
well over an hour per project. Email correspondence
may take anywhere from less than 5 minutes (which
is free) to more than 10 minutes per email.
